LCCP has been founded to provide professional support and personal development to people who want to make positive changes in their lives.
The Centre provides a confidential service within a safe and friendly environment which will help you to work towards living in a way you feel is more fulfilling, resourceful, creative and authentic.
All the staff have a minimum of 5 years training and are widely experienced in their psychotherapeutic work. They are committed to ethical and moral codes of practice and to continuing their own professional development. We know from experience that people can feel daunted and unsure about embarking on a course of psychotherapy or counselling.

This website addresses the initial concerns, questions and fears that clients have fed back to us, however, we also respect that you may want to contact us with your own questions.
